Shipping policy scope

This Shipping Policy explains how shipment planning is addressed for projects coordinated by Zerri Crafts LLC. The company supports made-to-order physical wedding goods, including wedding decorations, personalized wedding gifts, guest books, and vow books. Because these items are customized for confirmed project requirements, shipment is not handled as an instant inventory dispatch. Shipping expectations are reviewed during inquiry, clarified before contract signing, and documented in the written agreement or related project communication. Questions may be sent to support@zerricraftsllc.com.

Destinations

Finished physical wedding products are shipped mainly to U.S. end consumers or to another destination confirmed by the client and accepted by the company. The final plan may depend on destination country, delivery address type, carrier availability, customs process, requested delivery timing, product size, packaging needs, and whether goods should be grouped or separated. Clients are responsible for providing accurate destination information and for promptly correcting address issues before shipment is arranged. Changes after production or dispatch may not be feasible.

Production before shipment

Shipment timing begins with the custom production workflow, not only with carrier transit. A project may require requirement review, design confirmation, contract signing, payment term confirmation, material preparation, personalization, finishing, packaging, quality review, and handoff to a carrier or logistics provider. Manufacturing partners in China may support production and craft work after the written scope is confirmed. The company will communicate expected stages where practical, but wedding goods should be planned with enough time for production and cross-border movement.

Delivery estimates

Any stated delivery estimate is a planning estimate unless the written agreement says otherwise. Timing may be affected by client response speed, design revisions, production workload, material availability, carrier schedules, customs inspection, weather, holidays, destination access, incorrect addresses, or events outside reasonable control. Zerri Crafts LLC. will use good faith communication to support the shipment plan, but it cannot guarantee that external carriers, customs offices, or destination service providers will avoid delay. Clients should raise fixed event dates early during inquiry.

Packaging and labeling

Packaging expectations should be discussed before contract signing, especially for personalized gifts, guest books, vow books, fragile decorative pieces, or shipments that must be grouped by recipient or event. The company may coordinate protective packaging, labeling, carton grouping, or presentation packaging according to the accepted scope. Packaging is planned to support reasonable transit protection and project organization, but it is not a guarantee against every possible carrier handling issue. Clients should identify special packaging needs as early as possible.

Grouped and staged shipments

Some business projects may require goods to be grouped by couple, event date, venue, recipient, or internal client program. Staged shipments may be possible when they are reviewed before contract signing and reflected in the accepted scope. These plans can affect production sequencing, carton labels, tracking communication, carrier selection, and cost. Clients should identify any grouping or staged delivery needs during the inquiry stage. If such needs are raised after production or packaging has started, the company may need to revise timing or commercial terms. Address lists and recipient groupings should be checked carefully before package labels are prepared, because corrections may become difficult after cartons are sealed or handed to a carrier. Recipient phone and access notes should also be confirmed when available and practical.

Customs, duties, and import matters

Cross-border shipments may be subject to customs review, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, inspection, documentation requests, or local import rules. Responsibility for those matters should be addressed in the contract or related project communication. Zerri Crafts LLC. does not provide legal or customs advice, and clients should seek qualified guidance when needed for their own obligations. Delays caused by customs review, government action, or missing recipient cooperation may affect delivery timing even when production has been completed and shipment has been handed to a carrier.

Tracking and delivery communication

When tracking information is available, the company may share it through email or account-related communication. Tracking events can change after a carrier scans the shipment, and not every movement will appear immediately. Clients should monitor tracking, provide recipient instructions where required, and contact the company promptly if there is a delivery concern. If a package appears delayed, damaged, or misrouted, the client should send the project reference, delivery address, tracking details, photos if relevant, and a clear description of the issue.

Address errors and failed delivery

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete destination information before dispatch. If a shipment is delayed, returned, refused, or lost because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, unpaid local charge, or destination access issue, additional cost or schedule impact may apply. Zerri Crafts LLC. will review the available information and communicate practical options, but reshipment, replacement, or address correction may depend on carrier status, project terms, and whether the finished goods can reasonably be recovered or remade.
